Try This First
It may be quicker than waiting for a reply.
- Something looks wrong or stale? Tap Refresh at the bottom of the
Checklist. That works everywhere, including the
installed app, and it also picks up a timed-out session.
- An error right after an update? Close the browser and re-open it — a site update
can invalidate an open session and cause a one-off error.
- Notifications stopped arriving? On Notifications,
press Unsubscribe This Device and then Enable Notifications again.
- Wondering what a word means? The Glossary
defines every qFIT and fitness term, and it works logged out.
None of that it? Send the message below — more steps are on
Troubleshooting.
Please choose what your feedback is about.
Sent with your message, to save a round of questions: the page you came from, and
your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, time zone and IP address.
Nothing else — and nothing is shared outside this site.
🔗 Links in Anonymous Messages
When you're logged in, links are fine. An anonymous message with a link to a site outside qFIT's own family is saved but marked as spam: nobody is notified.
Links to qFIT's own pages are fine — and so are links to its sister sites
(qMEET, PacklistPRO, NobodyHasTHIS, paulmendelson.com).
📬 Following It Up
Log in before you send. Only messages tied to your account show up on My Messages. Anything sent while logged out can't be tracked and can't be linked to you afterwards.
Replies are posted on My Messages, and we email you the first time we
answer — to the address you gave us here, or the one on your account. Later
edits to that reply aren't emailed, so the log stays the place to check.
Requests that get resolved and written up publicly show up on What's New.
💡 Tips
- 📎 For bugs, paste the exact error text and the page you were on into the comment. Screenshots help too — take one and just press Ctrl + V here to attach it, or drag files onto the drop zone or click Choose Files (up to 10 files, 10 MB each, 20 MB total, images only).
- 💾 Your comment auto-saves as a draft while you type — a reload or bumped tab won't lose a long message. A restore banner with a Discard link appears when a draft is found.
