Catch up on days you missed
Tick a box to mark an activity done on that day — great for filling in routine
things you forgot to log. Activities are grouped by Category and Target.

Nothing to catch up on yet
Catch Up shows activities you have ticked at least once in the last 30 days.
Tick something on your Checklist and it will appear here.
The exceptions are the Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Goals categories — those
are left out of Catch Up, because a tick there covers a whole calendar period
rather than a single day.
Rows are the activities you have ticked at least once in the last 30 days —
anything you have never logged won't appear here. Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Goals
are left out, because a tick there covers a whole calendar period rather than a
single day.
No activities match that filter.
📅 What You Can Backfill Here
Rows are only the activities you have checked off at least once in the last 30 days. Something you have never logged will not appear — check it once on the Checklist and it shows up here afterwards.
Activities in the Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Goals categories are left out on purpose: a tick there covers a whole calendar period, which a per-day grid cannot show honestly.
Every tick and untick saves immediately — there is no Save button, and unticking deletes that day's entry. An Undo appears in the message at the top of the screen for a few seconds and restores it in full, including any times-done count, note or amount on it.
Rows with no checkboxes are Category and Target headings, or activities whose checkbox you switched off. The 30 columns run to your device's today.
💡 Tips
- Filter activities keeps each match's Category and Target headings above it, so you keep your place — and matching a heading keeps everything under it.
