What is qFIT?

qFIT is a goal-driven fitness & wellness checklist. Once you set it up, it tells you exactly what to do, anytime you look at it, based on goals and priorities you set.

It covers strength, stretching, massage, balance, diet, rest, and more. While it is an activity-level fitness tracker, it's more of a motivator. No thinking required — just keep checkin' boxes… and you will reach your goals.

Key goals

  • Make fitness easy and fun.
  • Do tons of healthy things — every day, every week — not all at once on certain days.
  • Get out of that rut, break habits, and do a wide variety of things.
  • Achieve your goals without having to plan or think — just check boxes.
  • Upgrade periodic healthy days into a healthy lifestyle.
  • Replace some gym time with sports and activities that are more fun.
  • Stay active, stay young, and work toward reversing pains & injuries.
  • Continuously challenge yourself with mini goals you'll actually achieve.
  • Compete with yourself and stay motivated.

Who is qFIT for?

Fitness apps are often geared toward bodybuilders and fitness nuts. qFIT works for them too, but it's especially useful for:

  • Average people wanting to get fit and stay fit — especially those who don't know where to start.
  • Anyone who isn't into fitness, but still wants to do the bare minimum to avoid aches, pains, and other age-related issues.
  • Anyone who tends to be highly inactive, unmotivated, or lazy.
  • Anyone who sits a large part of the day.
  • Anyone trying to stay on track with physical therapy.
  • Anyone wanting to prevent or delay issues like poor range of motion, atrophy, or muscle tightness.
  • Athletes and bodybuilders who prefer a simple, actionable plan to keep them on track.
  • Anyone who wants to work exactly the right muscles without spending hours researching what to do.
  • Anyone who wants to build a highly flexible fitness plan with realistic targets.

What makes qFIT better?

Despite being free, many users like qFIT better than expensive paid programs/apps because it's simple, customizable, and actually doable — they don't give up after a month, and that's THE most important thing.

qFIT users tend to use it every day (not just on gym days). The Checklist and To-Do list are dynamic, highlighting what you should do first to meet the goals you set. It feels a little like a game keeping that list short.

Start with templates to throw together a quick checklist, then dial it up or down. Add any sports, activities, workouts, and exercises you like (or want to try), set a few goals (e.g., quads every 3 days, spin bike once/week), and get at it. There's always something new.
