If you run into trouble (page stuck, things aren’t updating/saving, or an error message), try these steps.

Refresh the page.
On mobile, drag down from the top of the screen. On desktop, try Ctrl+F5.
Sometimes a session has timed out and it’s not obvious—refreshing will trigger an automatic re-login.

Close the browser and re-open.
When we update the site, it can invalidate existing sessions and trigger temporary errors (e.g. ViewState errors).

Log out and log back in.
This will create a new session and ensures necessary session variables are set.

Clear your browser cache.
This forces your browser to download the newest files (scripts/styles) instead of using older cached copies, which may be out-of-date or corrupt.

Clear qFIT cookies (optional).
This usually isn’t needed, but could potentially help. You will lose any Options you had set
(e.g.Checklist filters).

Try Incognito / Private Browsing.
This runs with a clean cookie/cache state without permanently changing your normal browser profile.

Try a different browser or device.
This helps rule out a browser-specific setting, extension, or cached file causing the issue.
