📝 The "Did You Remember to Log Everything?" Card
Appears when the last 30 days hold a day you checked something off — but
fewer than 10 things.
A day you logged nothing on never shows up. So it isn't a list of days you
missed; it flags days you started and may have stopped logging halfway through.
Today is never listed.
Tap a day to open your Checklist with that date already selected, so you can
fill in what you missed without hunting for it.
With nothing to flag the card disappears completely — which is why Home
doesn't look the same every visit.
✅ Suggested To-Do's
Two kinds of box share that list:
- Auto-ticked (grayed out) — ticked for you when qFIT spots the
matching activity on your account. These cannot be un-ticked.
- Yours — a personal note only. Ticking one changes nothing about
your account or your Checklist; it just clears the row off the list.
Your own ticks follow you to your other devices.
A row disappears once it's done. Tap Show Completed Items
to see the whole list again.
🎯 Muscles You've Been Neglecting
Lists the muscle Targets you haven't checked off within Not Checked Off In,
longest-waiting first, grouped by body area. Only the muscle's own box clears one —
logging exercises under it counts for those, not for the muscle.
Tap Details on a group to tick its muscles and see a few exercises under
each; the Exercises picker decides which. 🎲 Re-Randomize and
Include 'Hidden' only appear on the two Random choices.
A tick here logs for today, whatever day your
Checklist is parked on, and its day label and goal count update
on the spot. Exercises needing equipment you switched off in
Edit Filters are left out.
💡 Tips
- Tap any card's heading to collapse it; tap again to reopen. qFIT remembers which cards you left open, on every device you sign in from.
- Opening the installed app won't always land you here, and neither does the
upper-left qFIT logo. Both follow the single
Where should qFIT open? setting in
Preferences - as does signing in
and opening the bare web address. Last Page resumes wherever you
left off.
